An OEM+ ECU flash, not a bolt-on box. It enables a secondary launch rev limiter using your BMW's own hardware, so you can hold revs and build boost, then launch.
We build systems
that don't yet exist,
for BMWs.
Custom ECU software, including our OEM+ 2-step flash. Set your launch RPM on the cruise stalk and hold it on brake and throttle. Delivered worldwide via Bootmod3. Diagnostics, retrofits and product development too.
What we build
01 / PRODUCTS2-Step Secondary Rev Limiter
Launch control flashed to your BMW: a variable-RPM secondary rev limiter, triggered by brake and throttle, with launch RPM set on the cruise stalk. Stage builds and bespoke ECU ROM work on the same platform. Find us in the Bootmod3 tuner directory, or send the form below.
Custom ECU Software
Bespoke calibrations for your BMW: stage builds, fuelling and boost, burbles and pops, and 2-step tailored to your setup. We confirm what your car supports and the price before you pay.

2-step, in short
03 / FAQWhat is a 2-step secondary rev limiter?
A launch rev limit below your redline. Hold the brake and throttle to hold a set RPM and build boost, then launch. Set the RPM on the cruise stalk; cars with M1/M2 buttons also get preset steps.
Which BMW engines do you support?
N20, N26, N55, N63 and S55 are live now. B-series engines are in development. Tell us your model, year and current software and we confirm support before you pay.
How is it delivered?
Worldwide through Bootmod3. Send an enquiry, we confirm your car and supply the map to your Bootmod3 account, and you flash it yourself at home. No shipping, no workshop visit.
What do I need for it?
A Bootmod3 licence for your car and the usual Bootmod3 flashing setup. It works on any supported BMW with stock pedals; cars with M1/M2 buttons get preset steps too.
Can I keep my current tune, and go back to stock?
Bootmod3 keeps your stock map, so you can switch back any time. Whether we build on your current tune depends on your car and software. Tell us what you run and we confirm.
Who flashes it, and what if I get stuck?
You flash it yourself through Bootmod3. We supply the map and clear instructions, and we help you through it. If something is not right, we revise the map.
What does it cost?
From $200 USD for a standard 2-step, confirmed for your exact car before you pay. Stage builds and bespoke ECU ROM work are quoted per car. Email contact@cmperf.uk.
